At our practice, we as therapists embrace a therapeutic approach that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. We draw from a diverse range of modalities, including mindfulness-based approaches, narrative-informed therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, existential therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, client-centered therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
Central to our approach is empathy, a strong focus on social justice models, and the agency of the clients. We deeply value and address the impact of intersectionalities on mental health and the dangers of a single story.
We approach our work with curiosity and openness, acknowledging that it is an ongoing journey. We understand that we may not have all the answers, but we are committed to continuous learning, growth, and refining our understanding. From a tender age, I embarked on a profound journey that solidified my unwavering commitment to the mental health profession. Driven by a wealth of lived experiences, I recognized the immense significance of support and the transformative power of life's trials and tribulations. Despite perpetually feeling like an outsider, I have come to embrace and celebrate my unique identity, finding solace in the knowledge that it allows me to provide a safe haven devoid of judgment or bias for those in need.

Over the years, I have diligently pursued education and professional growth, augmenting my knowledge base through diverse avenues. My academic pursuits encompass a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Literature, and Mass Communication, followed by a Master's degree specializing in Clinical Psychology. Additionally, I further honed my skills by completing a Post Graduate Diploma Course in Counseling, alongside gaining invaluable practical experience through internships at multiple esteemed institutions to be able to be the therapist i am today.

For me, this journey is an ongoing evolution, wherein I steadfastly uphold my core values of respect, inclusivity, social justice, agency, and empathy. It is my unwavering belief that everyone should have access to mental health services, and I am resolute in my mission to provide such vital care to all who seek it. Through community-building efforts and the promotion of mental health awareness, I strive to create a society where the barriers to seeking help are dismantled, ensuring that individuals from all walks of life can attain the support they deserve.
During my extensive tenure in senior positions at renowned corporations such as Google and Microsoft, spanning over two decades, I encountered a profound personal journey battling depression. This experience has illuminated several fundamental truths, one of which revolves around the perpetual juggling act we face with three distinct spheres: family, health, and work. In this delicate balance, work assumes the form of a resilient rubber ball, while the others, family and health, assume a far more fragile state akin to delicate glass. Consequently, prioritizing our mental and physical well-being becomes paramount at any given moment.
Additionally, I discovered firsthand the formidable challenge of locating a proficient therapist capable of providing effective support. However, once I finally connected with a skilled professional, the transformative impact it had on my life became abundantly clear. This revelation has fueled my unwavering determination to actively contribute to the community by making mental health more accessible. My aim is to create an inclusive and non-judgmental safe space where clients can seek solace, guidance, and understanding.
By articulating these aspirations with greater professionalism, I hope to convey the depth of my commitment to fostering mental health and well-being within society.
